Michelle specializes in pain management, range and ease of motion improvement, injury &/or post-op recovery, in depth head and neck work, and prenatal & postnatal massage. She has earned a great reputation for safely providing a balance of deep pressure and/or gentle care according to each body need in that moment, and for empowering clients with detailed anatomy, physiology and kinesiology knowledge.

Brian Utting School of Massage, a program with more than double the required hours and one of the best schools in the country for massage in it’s time, was only the beginning. Michelle’s continued training has focused in depth on related neurology, endocrinology, kinesiology, fascial, joint and other structural science, including special certification for intraoral massage - especially helpful for those with TMJ / jaw pain or ‘TMD’. Extensive background in dance, including instructor certification with a world renowned dancer, instructor & Canadian body worker expands her capability to assess pain, movement & posture issues and address them not only with massage but with take-home ideas for stretching, strength balance, movement programming, and home pain management pointers. She gives patients more control of their own body and well being -and longer lasting results.
